Terms and Condition

1. The Patient/relative agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by him/ her for use of the afore said Service(s) must be correct and accurate and that the Patient/relative shall not use a debit/ credit card, that is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. The Patient further agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details.

2. The Patient/relative may pay his/ her fees to the Pisces by using a debit/credit card or through online banking account. The Patient/relative warrants, agrees and confirms that when he/ she initiates a payment transaction and/or issues an online payment instruction and provides his/ her card / bank details: The Patient/relative shall pay an additional Convenience Fee of 1.10% for every transaction through Credit Card/Debit Card & Net Banking. The Patient/relative is responsible to ensure that the card/ bank account details provided by him/ her are accurate; The Patient/relative is authorizing debit of the nominated card/ bank account for the payment of fees selected, along with the applicable Fees. The Patient is responsible to ensure sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/ bank account at the time of making the payment inclusive of the applicable Fee.

Privacy Policy

Pisces respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that access the information and use the services provided through them. Individually identifiable information about the Patient is not will fully disclosed to any third party without first receiving the Patient’s permission, as covered in this Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds for overpayment patients have made will be processed within 24 hours of patient’s request. The amount will be returned 100% to the same credit card used for payment, it may take 4 to 6 weeks depending on the credit card processor.
2. Refunds for visit cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be returned 90%.
3. Refunds for visit not completed due to technology failure will be returned 100%.
4. No refunds shall be issued to patients who change their minds after successfully completing their consultation with a healthcare provider and receiving medical advice/treatment or prescription for a medication.
5. Pisces Tele health is committed to customer satisfaction and providing excellent service. If a
patient believe they are owed a refund for any other reason the case will be analysed on case-by-case basis.

The Service is provided in order to facilitate access to view and pay tele-consultation Fees online. The Pisces or the Payment Service Provider(s) do not make any representation of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Payment Gateway other than what is specified in the Website for this purpose. By accepting/ agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Patient/relative  expressly agrees that his/ her use of the aforesaid online payment Service is entirely at own risk and responsibility of the Patient/relative .
